Roommate Wanted
I’m closing on this home in Punta Gorda in Tropical Gulf Acres (Pasadena Drive).
I’m looking for a roommate. Non-smoking home, no drugs. I’m an EMT out of Hendry County and am looking for other first responders (if possible).
I have a dog, so I’m looking for a roommate that likes dogs. Preferably someone without pets.
Rental pricing, all utilities including internet (no cable TV).
This includes a private bath, open kitchen and living areas, washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, central AC/heating and off-street parking.
The tenant bedroom is just under 12 feet by 10 feet and has two large windows in the front of the home.
The home is 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1,477 square feet on a 9,115 sqft lot.
Rental price: $800/mo. Move in date would be approximately June 1st. Security deposit and 1st month rent required.
